Hall Activities

General

Activities Membership of the Institute allows participation in any of the activities below. Membership is open to anyone aged 16 or over on the payment of the annual membership fee of £10.00. Application forms for membership are available from each activity supervisor. A further fee of £2 per session is charged by each activity.

Main Hall

Member Activities

  • Table Tennis
    • The main hall accommodates three full size table tennis tables. Table tennis is played throughout the year on Tuesday evenings 7.30pm.

  • Indoor Short Mat Bowls
    • Two 45ft. Mats can be run at each of the two sessions on Monday afternoons 2pm and Friday mornings 10.00am

  • Ladies Badminton (winter only)
    • Activities during Oct – April, badminton is played on Thursday mornings from 10am until 12noon, on the marked out court in the main hall.
